Kinu Terms of Service

Kinu at kinu.run is run by me, Ashish Kumar Singh. By using it, you agree to these terms. Questions go to privacy@kinu.run.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your agents do.
• You must be at least 13 to use Kinu.

Your content

• What you put into Kinu and what your agents make for you stay yours.
• You give Kinu the permission it needs to store, process and show that content, only so that it can run the service for you.
• How Kinu handles your data is in the Privacy Policy.

Your agents

Kinu's agents act for you. They can run code, use the web, and use the services you connect. You decide what they may do, and you are responsible for what they do on your behalf.

Acceptable use

Don't use Kinu to:

• break the law or infringe someone else's rights;
• attack, probe or overload other systems without permission;
• send spam or deceptive mail;
• try to get into other users' data or around Kinu's limits.

I may suspend an account that does these things.

The service

Kinu is under active development. Features change, and parts of it may stop working for a time. I may change or stop the service. If I stop it, I'll give you notice and a way to export your data where I can.

No warranty

Kinu is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits, from using Kinu.

Ending

You can stop using Kinu and delete your account at any time in Settings › Account.

Changes

If these terms change, I'll update the date above. Using Kinu after a change means you accept it.
